Please Note: Your rose is in a plantable biodegradable pot.
Step 1
:
Dig a hole 12 to 18 inches deep and wide enough to easily accommodate the pot. Loosen the soil in the bottom of the hole.
Step 2:
Mix the soil you have removed with organic compost. Use one part compost to two parts soil. Fill the hole two-thirds full of the soil/compost mix.
Step 3:

Set the pot in the hole so the bud union is 1 to 2 inches below the soil level. Fill the remainder of the hole with soil and WATER WELL with Fertilome Root Stimulator or a Vitamin B-1 solution.
Step 4:

Mound mulch, such as straw, pine needles or oak leaves over the plant to a height enough to cover the canes. Water the mound slowly and thoroughly. When the buds swell in late spring, it is time to remove the mulch and uncover the plants. If any part of the plantable pot is visible by midsummer, just pull it off.
Step 5:

Once your plant is well established and begins to bloom, we suggest feeding with Fertilome Systemic Rose Food every 4-6 weeks to provide good nourishment and prevent insects.
